To make your travel planning smooth and efficient, the following forms are required to begin and complete your booking with Spired Travel. Each form helps ensure that we have all the details needed to create your perfect trip and handle your travel arrangements securely.
To initiate a quote, please start by submitting the Travel Quote Request Form. Be sure to click the Submit button to ensure your form is sent properly. Within 48 business hours, you´ll receive 2-3 personalized quotes based on the information you provide. The more detailed and specific you are, the better we can match your dream trip.
If you´re excited about one of the options as is, you´ll then complete a Traveler Information Form for each traveler and a Credit Card Authorization Form for each payer.
If you´d like to make adjustments to one of the quotes, simply reply with your requested changes, and we´ll send an updated quote within 48 business hours.
Once the Traveler Information Form and Credit Card Authorization have been submitted, Spired Travel will process deposits or payments as instructed to lock in your pricing and finalize your reservations. You´ll then receive a confirmation of your bookings.
