Frequently Asked Questions
It´s simple! First, you´ll fill out our Travel Quote Request Form with your must-haves (and nice-to-haves) for your trip. From there, I´ll put together 2-3 options that match what you´re looking for. You can either choose your favorite or let us know if we need to tweak things. Once you´re happy with a quote, you´ll complete a quick Traveler Information Form and Credit Card Authorization to lock it in. Just a heads-up - pricesand availability aren´t guaranteed until the deposit is processed.
Yes, at Spired Travel, we require travel protection for all of our clients. While travelers technically have the option to decline coveerage, we want to make sure every trip is protected from the unexpected. Travel insurance provides peace of mind and can save you from costly surprises if plans change, bags get lost, or emergencies come up.
Absolutely nothing! When you choose to work with Spired Travel, you don’t pay us directly for our services. You simply authorize us to make payments to travel vendors on your behalf, and those vendors compensate us for handling your booking.
The only additional cost you’ll be responsible for is travel protection/insurance, which is required for all of our clients. This ensures your investment is protected and gives you peace of mind before, during, and after your trip.
Occasionally, we may charge a small research fee if extensive planning is needed beyond the average client request or if we’ve previously done detailed research and you chose not to book through us. In either case, you’ll always be notified before any fee is charged—no surprises, ever.
Certain trips may require a planning fee. We ensure full transparency by explaining all costs upfront, ensuring there are no hidden fees or unexpected charges.

- The provided quote is preliminary and does not constitute a reservation. All prices and availability are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with payment.
- No space is being held with this quote. To secure the quoted rates and guarantee availability, prompt booking and payment confirmation are recommended.
- All rates are quoted per person in US Dollars. Price estimates are based on these travel dates. Prices may change if dates are changed.
- Travel arrangements, including airline and cruise components, may be affected by supplemental price increases imposed by suppliers and/or government entities. These adjustments could occur even after the purchase is completed.
- Entry & re-entry rules are country specific. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of your destination and your connecting points, and all conditions regarding health, safety, security, political stability, and labor or civil unrest at such destination. Make sure to note rules are subject to change whether your travels are foreign or domestic. Many countries require your passport to be valid for six months or more after your date of entry.
- For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation and travel accident insurance. Please be aware that most policies may not cover epidemics and pandemics, especially during travel warnings. Our description of insurance does not constitute a binding assurance. You agree to hold us harmless for your decision not to purchase travel insurance or for any denial of claims by the insurer, particularly related to COVID-19 or any other policy claim.
- We reserve the right to correct errors. In the event of a pricing error or omission, we reserve the right to adjust such pricing and make any necessary corrections.
